Service Agreement: Nima BLACK provides private chauffeur and concierge services, including luxury transportation and curated travel experiences. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Payment and Cancellation: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur charges up to 100% of the booking fee.
Liability: Nima BLACK is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service to any client engaging in inappropriate, unlawful, or unsafe behavior during their journey.
Privacy: Nima BLACK is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information shared with us will be used solely for booking and service purposes.
Custom Itineraries: Tailored experiences, such as wine tours, are subject to availability and third-party terms. Nima BLACK is not liable for changes or cancellations made by third-party vendors.
